Yesterday afternoon, just after Sandy left here (2:20ish…) with an order I had put in to take a very important new contract, they called here and said the lady who needed to sign the contract was leaving in 1 hour for a 2 week vacation. I called Roy and asked him to change it to a rush job.  He said ok, he would have to get the express driver to hook up with Sandy and then take it over. I explained to him how urgent it was.

 At 2:58pm our client called me to say the contract was all signed and ready to be put back in the mail for us.

Within ½ half hour our contract was not only delivered but signed as well and back in our court.

I wanted to say “great job!” to Roy and the express driver and Sandy (of course) for making this happen!

I called Roy to thank him for making that happen so quickly. I wanted to let you know as well.  I thought a nice pat on the back would be good to hear once in awhile.  Keep up the good work!
